3. Strict supervision and supervision

(2) Strengthen the random inspection of resumption of work and production. The provincial bureaus of the State Administration of Mine Safety shall, in strict accordance with the requirements of the "Eight Hard Measures" and in combination with the law enforcement plan, conduct spot checks on the mines that have passed the acceptance and acceptance of the resumption of work and production by the local mine safety supervision departments and the enterprises at higher levels, and find that the acceptance and acceptance of the resumption of work and production violates the procedures, lowers the standards, is not strictly checked and is fraudulent. And seriously investigate the responsibility of relevant units and personnel.
