in Dominica, the project of CEMENTOS CIBAO cement production line with a daily output of 3500 tons in Dominica, which was contracted by the Equipment Group, successfully realized the first ignition of the rotary kiln. It marks that the construction of the project has achieved significant stage results and formally entered the trial production stage.
This project is the first cooperation between Equipment Group and CIBAO Group, and also the beginning of a long friendship between the two companies. Since the start of the project, the project department, with the strong support of the company headquarters and the owner's management team, has faced multiple challenges such as narrow site, tight construction period, frequent rainfall, complex interface transformation with the old line and the need to ensure the normal production of the old line. All the builders have planned scientifically, overcome difficulties and completed the whole process from civil construction to equipment installation and commissioning with high quality.
The successful ignition is a centralized test of the effectiveness of the previous work and system preparation, and also lays a solid foundation for the stable operation of the whole line in the future.
At present, the project department is pushing forward the system commissioning and production preparation work after ignition in an orderly manner, and making every effort to ensure the early realization of the production line performance assessment and full production target.
