On September 12, Liu Jianguo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, director and general manager of Beiyuan Group, led a team to carry out safety inspection on the front line of overhaul. Xu Shengzhi, deputy general manager of the company, and relevant personnel from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department and the Production Technology Department accompanied the inspection.
Liu Jianguo and his delegation first came to the maintenance site of the first firing unit of Cement Co., Ltd. to get a detailed understanding of the maintenance progress of the rotary kiln and preheater system, as well as the on-duty situation of the management personnel. He emphasized that we should strictly implement the safety management and control measures for dangerous operations, consolidate the main responsibility, strengthen on-site risk management and control, continuously improve the professional ability of operators, effectively prevent and curb all kinds of safety accidents, and ensure that the risks in the maintenance process are controllable, the operation is standardized, safe and stable.
At the overhaul site of No.1 main transformer and No.4 boiler of the Thermal Power Branch, Liu Jianguo carefully inspected the implementation of relevant operation safety control measures, and inquired in detail about the work arrangement and personnel deployment during the overhaul period. He urged the site management personnel to put safety work in the first place at all times, eliminate potential safety hazards in time, and firmly guard the bottom line of safety red line; at the same time, they should firmly grasp the quality of maintenance to ensure that each maintenance task can stand the test.
