On October 16, the bidding results of the mechanism price of incremental new energy projects in Gansu in 2025 were announced. Wind power and photovoltaic power were bidding at the same time. The scale of mechanism electricity was 830 million kilowatt-hours, and the mechanism price was 0.1954 yuan/kilowatt-hour. 61 projects won the bid.

On October 16, the results of mechanism price bidding for incremental new energy projects in Gansu in 2025 were announced, with wind power and photovoltaic power bidding on the same site, and the scale of mechanism electricity was 830 million kilowatt-hours. The mechanism electricity price is 0.1954 yuan/kWh , and 61 projects have won the bid.

According to the announcement of the 2025 annual incremental new energy project mechanism electricity bidding organization published by Gansu, Gansu will organize new energy bidding in two batches in 2025. The first batch is the new energy projects that have been put into operation and planned to be put into operation from June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The second batch is new energy projects that have been put into operation and planned to be put into operation from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and have not been included in the implementation scope of the mechanism. In terms of the scale of

annual mechanism electricity, the first batch of bidding projects included 830 million kilowatt-hours of electricity within the scope of the mechanism. The second batch of bidding projects included 1.52 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity within the scope of the mechanism. The upper and lower limits of the

first and second batches of bidding are the same, the upper limit of bidding is 0.2447 yuan/kWh, and the lower limit of bidding is 0.1954 yuan/kWh. The implementation period is 12 years.

It can be seen that the final bidding result mechanism price of 61 projects is 0.1954 yuan/kWh at the lower limit of the bidding interval.

India to Become World's Largest Clinker Exporter by 2025, Cement Net Reports

From January to September 2025, the sales volume of cement in Indonesia decreased by 2.4% year-on-year, from 46.789 million tons in the same period of 2024 to 45.668 million tons. Demand in Sumatra and other places increased, while demand in Java, Sulawesi and Kalimantan decreased. The output was 46.546 million tons, representing a year-on-year decrease of 5.9%; the output of clinker was 42.319 million tons, representing a year-on-year increase of 0.9%. On the export side, 879,000 tons of cement were exported, up 11.5% year on year, and 9.413 million tons of clinker were exported, up 20.3% year on year. Indonesia is expected to maintain its position as the world's largest clinker exporter this year, with cement exports ranking 18th in the world.
