In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on accelerating the construction of a unified national market and deepening the reform of the electric power system, and to ensure the efficient operation and effective supervision of the unified national electric power market system, the relevant matters concerning the establishment of a unified national electric power market evaluation system are hereby notified as follows.
1. The overall requirements
