1. Double up more than 300%! On the evening of October
13, Junda issued a performance forecast for the first three quarters of 2023, predicting a net profit of 1.6 billion to 1.8 billion attributable to shareholders of listed companies in the first three quarters of 2023. Year-on-year growth of 290% -340%. In the capital market, affected by the expected increase in performance, Junda shares rose more than 8% on Monday.
Recently, the Energy Bureau of Anhui Province issued a public announcement on the adjustment of the construction scale of competitive allocation of photovoltaic power generation projects in 2021.
According to the announcement, Anhui Energy Bureau intends to adjust the construction scale of 36 projects due to the adjustment of water conservancy and land use policies. Before the adjustment, the total construction scale of 36 projects reached 3.3GW, and after the adjustment, it was 1.1GW. This adjustment reduced 2.2GW. Among them, the construction scale of 19 projects has been reduced, and the construction scale of 17 projects has been directly returned to zero.

The Beijing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration has issued a public notice of the case of Shenzhen Ping'an Phase I Infrastructure Industry Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Ping'an Phase I Infrastructure Fund") acquiring the shares of seven companies, such as Changji Yijing Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. Acquisition of Changji Yijing Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Xinyou New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd., Mulei County Tongchuan Fengguang New Energy Co., Ltd., Wulate Houqi yuanhai New Energy Co., Ltd., Youyu County Sineng Wind Power Co., Ltd., Hejin Lu'an Yuhua Wind Power Co., Ltd. held by Jingneng International Development through joint ventures of both parties. Haidong Ledu Rongzhi New Energy Development Co., Ltd. and other seven project companies (collectively referred to as the "Target Company") have 49% of the shares . The Target Company is principally engaged in wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation .

of photovoltaic projects in a week According to incomplete statistics of digital new energy DNE, a total of 20 projects were updated dynamically from October 8 to October 15. Among them , 6 projects were signed, 5 projects were started and 7 projects were put into operation . There are also one change of investment place and one project to be signed.
In terms of the number of construction sites of the 20 projects, the provinces with the most dynamic projects are Jiangsu and Inner Mongolia, each with 4 projects, followed by Gansu, each with 3 projects, Anhui and Zhejiang, each with 2 projects, and Fujian, Sichuan, Xinjiang, Yunnan and Chongqing, each with 1 project.
2. The total investment is 7.6 billion! On the morning
of October 16, the fourth quarter major projects of Luntai County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, and the foundation laying ceremony of the project of Xinjiang Jinghui New Materials Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 2 * 100000 tons of high-purity polysilicon (Phase I) were held. The project , with a total investment of 7.6 billion yuan , is planned to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2024. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual industrial output value of about 8 billion yuan and create more than 1000 new jobs.

Xinyuan Technology announced on October 16 that the company intends to sign a project investment framework agreement and a project investment agreement with Jinxian County People's Government, and invest about 460 million yuan in the area of Jinxian County People's Government. Construction of 100,000 square meters of factory buildings and supporting buildings, 20GW highly reliable photovoltaic inverters and bidirectional converter production projects, mainly engaged in research and development and production of solar photovoltaic full-power inverters.
