over the quality of Trina Solar components and claimed $132.2 million in damages. The plaintiff claimed that Trina Solar's module backplane had poor insulation.
2. Shuangliang Energy Conservation: Signed a polysilicon equipment contract
of 275 million yuan with Asia Silicon Industry On October 17, Shuangliang Energy Conservation announced that Jiangsu Shuangliang New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, had recently signed a Supply Contract with Xining Hongshi Trading Co., Ltd. The subject matter of the contract is multi-rod reduction furnace equipment and reduction skids, including all equipment and spare parts, with a total contract amount of RMB 274.724 million.
3. Hopewind Electric: Revenue for the first three quarters of 2023 was RMB2.615 billion.
On October 17, Hopewind Electric released its third quarter results announcement. For the first three quarters of 2023, the company's revenue was approximately RMB2.615 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 49.04%; Net profit attributable to the parent company was approximately RMB401 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 135.92%; basic earnings per share was RMB0.91, representing a year-on-year increase of 133.33%.

In the announcement, Dongfang Risheng made specific explanations on why it had not disclosed the dispute case with FOCUS before. The reasons were roughly divided into the following three points:

2. Sany Silicon Energy 5GW TOPCon Cell Project was put into operation
on October 17. The first N-type TOPCon solar cell produced by Sanyi Silicon Energy 5G W Zhuzhou Base was successfully offline, which indicates that the production capacity of Sanyi Silicon Energy Zhuzhou Base has reached the mass production standard, and the N-type integrated industrial layout has been formally formed.
Sanyi Silicon Energy 5G W Zhuzhou Base is located in Qingshuitang Industrial New Town, Shifeng District, with a total investment of about 3 billion yuan and an estimated annual output value of about 5 billion yuan.
