the first photovoltaic hydrogen production project of China Three Gorges Group, Inner Mongolia Zhungeer Banner Narisong Photovoltaic Hydrogen Production Industry Demonstration Project (hereinafter referred to as Narisong Project) is also the first batch of approved, first start-up and first integrated demonstration project of wind and solar hydrogen production in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Longji Hydrogen Energy will provide four 1000Nm ³/H alkaline water electrolyzers for this major demonstration project, which is another good news after successfully entering the world's largest green ammonia demonstration project this year.
Zhungeer Banner Narisong Photovoltaic Hydrogen Production Industry Demonstration Project Effect Map
Narisong Project uses coal mining backfill area to build photovoltaic power station, with an average annual power generation of 740 million kWh , of which 20% is directly transmitted to the local power grid. The remaining 80% is used for hydrogen production. The annual output of the project is 10,000 tons of hydrogen, which is mainly used in the fields of chemical industry and transportation. Located in Narisong District, Ordos, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,
the project is one of the seven demonstration projects of integrated wind and solar hydrogen production organized and evaluated by the Energy Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, including photovoltaic power station and hydrogen plant. Among them, the total installed capacity of the photovoltaic power station is 400MW, with an average annual power generation of 740 million kWh; the total installed capacity of the hydrogen plant is 75MW, with an annual production of 10,000 tons of hydrogen and 85,000 tons of by-product oxygen. After the completion of the project, about 600000 tons of carbon dioxide can be reduced annually .
At present, Narisong Project has completed civil construction, procurement of main process equipment and materials, entered the installation stage of steel structure plant, and the hydrogen production equipment area has entered the mechanical and electrical installation stage synchronously. Longji hydrogen production equipment is being delivered and is expected to produce gas by the end of the year.
