On September 26, McGrady Technologies announced that Mianyang Haohao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Haohao New Energy"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Yunnan Yuze Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Yuze Semiconductor") signed the Monocrystalline Silicon Wafer Purchase Agreement. According to the agreement, Haohao New Energy intends to purchase 612.5 million monocrystalline silicon wafers from Yuze Semiconductor, with an estimated total agreement amount of 2.125 billion yuan.
The announcement shows that from the signing date of the agreement to July 31, 2025, during the effective period of the agreement, Yuze Semiconductor is expected to supply 612.5 million monocrystalline silicon wafers to Haohao New Energy, as shown in the following figure. The purchase price is fixed in January, and the price of the next month is negotiated and the purchase order is signed before signing at the end of each month. The price follows the market and is traded according to the market price.

this year, Haohao New Energy signed the Project Investment Agreement with the People's Government of Anzhou District, Mianyang City, to build an intelligent factory project with an annual output of 9 GW high-efficiency monocrystalline batteries, with a total planned investment of about 1.862 billion yuan. Under the full production state of the factory, about 1.125 billion pieces of raw material silicon wafers need to be purchased every year. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the capital construction of the project factory has been completed, the production capacity has been increased as scheduled, most of the production lines have been formally put into operation, and the sales work has been carried out successively.
