On September 22, the Standing Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Party Committee of China Building Materials Group, Wei Rushan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China National Building Material Corporation, met with Sakhi Annaklichev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Industrial and Construction Bank of Uzbekistan, and his delegation. Wei Rushan extended a warm welcome to Chairman Anaklichev and his delegation, and briefly introduced the investment and operation of China Building Materials Group in Uzbekistan. He said that China Building Materials Group is accelerating its internationalization strategy, as the promoter, supporter and important country along the "the Belt and Road" initiative, Uzbekistan has great market potential and radiation capacity in the surrounding areas, and is one of the key markets for the group's internationalization development, based on its resource endowment, development potential and so on. China Building Materials Group hopes to better serve the rapid development and economic construction needs of Uzbekistan's building materials industry through industrial investment, engineering services, resource development and other ways.
Anaklichev thanked Wei Rushan for his warm meeting and thanked China Building Materials Group for its contribution to Uzbekistan's building materials industry. He introduced the Uzbek government's plan to further develop its own resources and local industries, as well as the main responsibilities of the Building Materials Industry Development Committee, hoping to accelerate the development of its own building materials industry through in-depth cooperation with China Building Materials Group, aiming at the development plan of China Building Materials Group in Uzbekistan. The Committee for the Development of Building Materials Industry and the Bank of Industry and Construction of Uzbekistan will give full support.
