China Railway Siju Group Co., Ltd., introduced that the left pier column of No.33 main pier of Shahe Bridge poured this time is a solid square pier with a basic size of 7.2m long, 2.8m wide and 16.239m high, and a total of 329.6m ³ concrete was poured. Due to the large volume and high height of the pier column and the difficulty of water construction, the project department adopts sectional pouring due to the limitation of the internal support of the steel cofferdam and the site. The pouring height is 6m, and the construction will continue after the subsequent removal of the internal support of the steel cofferdam.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of this pouring, the project management department organizes a technical disclosure meeting, carefully studies the drawings and technical schemes, and formulates detailed preventive measure for the safety, quality and technical problems that may arise in the construction. At the same time, the site strictly controls the construction technology and material quality, carries out technical disclosure to the construction team before construction, and comprehensively controls the quality of steel bars, formwork, concrete slump and temperature.
