Recently, after 14 hours of continuous operation, Guangzhou-Zhanjiang high-speed rail successfully completed the pouring of the last portal pier across the Haichuan Express Line, achieving the goal of important nodes and laying a solid foundation for the next girder erection construction. high-speed rail Haichuan Express Line are one of the key and difficult control projects of the whole line. Eight piers from No.16 to No.23 are portal piers, which are cast-in-place with brackets. The highest pier column is 15.8 meters, the lowest is 9.3 meters, and the net span of the pier is 26 meters. The cross section at the top of the beam is 4.2m × 4.0m × 30.1m, with a height of 4.2m and a width of 4.0m.
In order to ensure the high quality, high efficiency and smooth progress of the project, 77 pile foundations, 16 pile caps, 16 piers and 8 beams were completed in the early stage of the project in more than six months. Guangzhou-Zhanjiang Railway Company has organized many seminars on technical and safety schemes to discuss construction measures and optimize construction schemes. As the portal pier continuously crosses 373 provincial roads and the traffic flow is dense, the project department of the 14th Bureau of China Railway, the construction unit, strictly controls and watches all aspects of the support foundation treatment, large-scale hoisting operation, steel bar installation, concrete pouring, prestressed tensioning operation, etc., organizes the construction staff to receive safety education and training, and does a good job of contingency plan at high altitude. Ensure smooth traffic and traffic safety, and reduce the impact of road-crossing and road-related construction on the traffic of 373 provincial roads.
