The Shenzhen Intermediate Court ruled that Haimuxing immediately stopped infringing on the patent right of Dier Laser (Patent No. ZL 201820833146.8) and compensated for economic losses and reasonable rights protection costs.
Dier Laser also said in the statement that Haimuxing had paid the judgment amount to our company after the Shenzhen Intermediate Court seized, frozen and seized the corresponding amount of property of Haimuxing because Haimuxing did not voluntarily fulfill the judgment amount.

The patent infringement case of Wuhan Dier Laser Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "our company") suing Shenzhen Haimuxing Laser Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Haimuxing") was approved by Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Intermediate Court"). On September 20, 2023, the effective judgment was obtained, and the Shenzhen Intermediate Court ruled that Haimuxing should immediately stop infringing our patent rights (patent number ZL 201820833146.8) and compensate our economic losses and reasonable rights protection costs.
