"Some people in the industry believe that composite 32.5 cement is a substandard product, so it should be eliminated, which is totally wrong." On the one hand, the cement industry is facing the problem of serious overcapacity, and one of the important reasons for the overcapacity is that the production of 32.5 grade composite cement has the advantage of low cost, which attracts a large amount of capital to invest in the construction of cement grinding capacity. The same amount of clinker production capacity has formed a larger scale of cement production capacity due to the high blending ratio, which will further aggravate the contradiction of excess capacity.
On the other hand, in the process of producing composite 32.5 cement, the variety and dosage of admixture are relatively confused, and the product quality management is difficult. Due to the complexity of admixture varieties and the lack of effective quality supervision means, the production of composite cement can not effectively control the harmful chemical components in admixture, and it is difficult to guarantee the quality of cement products, which brings hidden dangers to the quality and safety of buildings.
In addition, the more high-rise buildings, the less cement per cubic meter of concrete, reducing the amount of cement is mainly to reduce water consumption, to prevent excessive cement consumption caused by increased porosity, affecting the life of the building. Under such circumstances, high-grade cement can better meet the requirements of quality stability and strength of buildings.
Two Foreign countries are vigorously promoting low-grade cement? Wrong!
From the seventies and eighties of last century to the present, the proportion of low-grade cement in foreign countries has been decreasing. At present, the average proportion of grade 32.5 cement in Europe is about 15%, the proportion of grade 32.5 cement in Western European countries is basically less than 10%, and the proportion of low-grade cement similar to grade 32.5 in Japan is less than 3%. contrast, in China, the production of compound 32.5 cement once accounted for more than 70% of the total cement production, and it was not until 2019 that the proportion dropped below 40%.

Three Low-grade cement is low-carbon cement? Wrong!
Clinker production process is the link that produces the most carbon dioxide in the whole cement production system. Some insiders believe that low-grade cement can be mixed with more admixtures, and the amount of clinker is less, so it is more low-carbon. But in fact, concrete is the final product of the whole industrial chain. The increase of admixture in cement production will inevitably lead to the decrease of admixture in concrete preparation. Therefore, the low-carbon effect brought by low-grade cement is not necessarily low-carbon in concrete production.
About M32.5 cement: The quality is no problem, but the problem lies in the use
. At the same time, after the cancellation of composite 32.5 cement, M32.5 cement is popular on the market. Cui Xingtai also said that the quality is no problem, but the problem lies in the use.
He believes that M32.5, including other 32.5 grade cement, is a product that meets the relevant national standards and is normal and reasonable to circulate in the market. However, it should be noted that M32.5 can only be used for masonry and plastering mortar, bedding concrete, and can not be used as structural concrete. "Some cement enterprises did not publicize the difference between M32.5 and the original composite 32.5 cement to consumers in time, which resulted in many incidents of abuse of M32.5 cement, which brought great potential safety hazards to the quality of construction." China Cement Network has reported that at the beginning of this year, in the process of building houses in Renhe Street, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, there was a problem of substandard building strength, and the concrete poured was broken as soon as it was pinched. In other words, M32.5 cement basically meets the performance requirements of P.C32.5R cement, but not all M32.5 cement can meet the performance requirements of P.C32.5R cement.
