下旬以来华东地区晴好天气为主，需求销量稳步回升，水泥价格出现大范围回涨。

需求淡季，同时为抵御外来低价水泥、熟料不断抢占淡季市场，12日起华东长三角江浙皖地区主要企业熟料价格陆续下调30-40元/吨。调后沿江地区大厂熟料主流出厂/离岸价330-340元/吨。水泥价格方面，周内浙江、江苏、江西等地陆续开展第二轮水泥价格下调，幅度在30-50元/吨不等。

进入3月，区域工地、搅拌站等工程项目已陆续复工，市场需求缓慢恢复，周内华东部分地区水泥价格开始第二轮下调，幅度约20-30元/吨。
