江浙沪地区各市场受资金问题影响较大，多地房地产市场需求稀薄，多数搅拌站持谨慎态度。加之市场竞争激烈，原材料价格下跌，混凝土价格走低。江苏、浙江地区进入梅雨季节，高温多雨天气增加，对施工项目有一定的影响。市场上新项目迟迟没有启动，多数厂家积极性不高，预计短期内混凝土价格依旧稳中偏弱运行。
市场传统淡季，加之间接性雨水天气影响，安徽地区市场需求较前期明显下滑，原材企业库存压力较大，各建材价格持续下跌。整体来看，高温及梅雨等天气影响，后续需求表现仍不乐观，价格或稳中趋弱运行。
目前福建地区处于传统雨季天气，对项目浇灌混凝土造成较大影响，因此需求短期内难有回升，价格弱稳为主。江西市场价格总体弱稳运行，终端需求不佳。据市场反馈，山东市场需求持续低迷，企业出货量一般，原材库存普遍高位，各地市场竞争激烈，行情偏弱为主。此外，据悉近日山东水泥协会发布了关于开展7月错峰生产的通知，要求省内水泥熟料生产线企业于7月1日-7月31日期间执行错峰停窑15天，具体停窑时间由企业报协会备案后实施。
