江浙沪部分区域价格继续走低。江苏市场新项目需求依旧较少，发货量靠老项目支撑为主。综合来看，需求较低，市场竞争激烈，部分企业只能靠低价竞争，整体市场情况不佳。浙江沿海和杭嘉湖绍区域需求仍然偏弱，出货量一般，价格有所下滑。
安徽多地天气转好，部分地区新项目陆续开工，混凝土发货量小幅提升。但目前市场资金问题影响仍在，且多地新开工项目需求支撑不足，预计后期混凝土市场稳中偏弱运行。
江西市场价格总体平稳为主，需求仍然弱势，企业出货量一般。台风过后，又逢高温等天气影响，福建地区市场需求恢复有限，价格稳中偏弱运行。山东地区近期虽然天气晴好为主，气温也有所下降，需求仍然较为疲弱。
