On September 8, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Guigang City, Guangxi, issued a public announcement on the acceptance of the EIA document for the 200MWp Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Generation Complex Project (Major Changes) in Gangnanqiaowei, Guigang City.
The project is located in Qiaowei Town, Gangnan District, Guigang City. The photovoltaic station covers an area of 155.04h ㎡, with a total investment of 898 million yuan. It is worth noting that the project has started construction in September 2023 and completed construction in December 2024. This is a major change in the re-approval of the project.
The project was put on record by Guangxi Development and Reform Commission on February 8, 2021, and the EIA report of the project was approved by Guigang Ecological Environment Bureau on February 10, 2022. The project was originally located in Nanxing Village, Jincheng Village, Xinxing Village, Changtang Village, Xinhua Village of Qiaowei Town and Shixia Village of Dongjin Town in Gangnan District, covering an area of 2494.3867 mu , with a total installed capacity of 150 MW. The total installed capacity is 180MWp , and 300,000 PERC monocrystalline 600Wp modules are used.
Due to the change of development planning, the original land area is insufficient to meet the actual demand for land, and the construction unit re-determines the project land according to the construction demand, and compares the original EIA and the scope of land use in its approval. The scope of the proposed land for the project has changed greatly. After the change, the project is located in Xinxing Village, Qiaowei Town, Wanfu Village, Xintang Town, Bahe Village, Watang Town, Gangnan District, Guigang City, with a total area of about 2325.64 mu .
In addition to the change of project land, the scale and quantity of photovoltaic modules and inverters have also changed. After the change, the planned rated capacity of the project is 150MW . 293,204 pieces of PERC monocrystalline G12 cell 650Wp, 655Wp, 660Wp and 700Wp double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon modules are used. Among them, 650Wp module 27570 block, 655Wp module 86902 block, 660Wp module 159322 block, 700Wp module 19410 block, the actual installed capacity of the project is 193.58083 MWp . The construction unit of the above
project is Guigang Nanjing Solar Power Co., Ltd. The company is jointly owned by Jinkai Technology, a subsidiary of Jinkai New Energy Holdings, and Jiangsu Blue Sky Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd.
