Recently, Zhaotong and Pu'er Tea in Yunnan launched competitive consultation on the selection of investors for seven photovoltaic projects , involving a total of 505 MW of photovoltaic installed capacity.
On January 16, the announcement of competitive consultation on the main investors of Fengziyan photovoltaic power generation project in Qiaojia County of Zhaotong City was issued. The Tenderee, Energy Bureau of Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, selected the preferred investor for the 160MW photovoltaic project in Zhaotong City , Yunnan Province.
The announcement shows that the project is located in Qiaojia County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province. The construction content is to invest in the construction of a photovoltaic power station with an installed capacity of 160,000 kilowatts and related supporting projects. In principle, the conditions for putting into operation should be met within 8 months after the start of construction, and the conditions for full capacity grid connection should be met within 1 year from the start of construction. Consortium bidding is accepted for
the project.

On January 15, the announcement of competitive consultation on the selection of six photovoltaic project investors under the second batch of new energy projects in Puer City in 2025 was issued. The tenderee is the Development and Reform Commission of Pu'er City, which adopts the form of competitive consultation, optimizes the investment subject, and invites potential applicants with the ability to complete the project to participate in the investment. The total PV installed capacity of the 6 projects is 345 MW.
Social investors are responsible for all the financing of the grid-connected photovoltaic project, bidding management, project construction management, project grid-connected, operation and maintenance management in the process of project construction. All costs and risks of project development, construction and operation shall be borne by the project investors in full. In principle, the
project shall be ready for production within 8 months after commencement, and shall be ready for full capacity grid connection within 1 year from the date of commencement. The deadline for submission of
response documents and the time of consultation meeting are 15:00 on January 26, 2026. Consortium will not be accepted at the
project negotiation stage.
