On January 15, the tender announcement for the design and construction of the photovoltaic project of Shaoguan Hydrogen Production and Hydrogenation Integrated Station (EPC) was issued. The project is located in Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province , and the tenderer is Zhilin Animal Husbandry Technology Co., Ltd. in Qujiang District, Shaoguan City.
The announcement shows that the project will be completed by turnkey contracting, and the components will be purchased by the bidder, and the photovoltaic modules will be installed on infrastructure buildings such as idle roofs, cowsheds, and vegetable greenhouses. The installed capacity at the DC side of the photovoltaic project in this phase is 235.2MWp , and the AC side is 196MWp . In addition to the newly built complete solar grid-connected photovoltaic power station that meets the technical requirements of the bidding documents, the
bidding scope also includes the demolition, reconstruction, repair, waterproofing and leakage repair of the original buildings and structures due to the construction of the photovoltaic power station.
This project is an EPC turnkey project. The Employer is responsible for capital contribution, land acquisition and other work, and the Bidder is responsible for the development, design and construction, grid connection and other work related to the project. In terms of performance, bidders are required to have at least 200 MW of photovoltaic or wind power EPC performance in the past five years. It is subject to the time of signing the contract and has been completed . The overall project is
required to pass the full capacity grid connection acceptance within 12 months from the commencement date of the first handover area.
In addition, the bidding documents clearly state that the project is not allowed to be subcontracted, the main work is not allowed to be subcontracted to a third party, and the contractual responsibilities and obligations are not allowed to be transferred to a third party, and the subcontracting content can only be subcontracted with the consent of the tenderer. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender. The deadline for submission of
insurance documents/bid opening time is 09:30 on February 5, 2026.
