On January 15, the EPC project of the third bid section of the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in the East District of 6806 Energy was tendered by Jiatai Fumei (Urumqi) Energy Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the 6806 Energy Midong District 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project is located in Beishawo Photovoltaic Base, Midong District, Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a construction scale of 1000 MW and a total installed capacity of 1000 MW.
The project requires photovoltaic modules to be installed with fixed brackets, and a total of 720 Wp 1389000 blocks of N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass solar photovoltaic modules are used. The photovoltaic power generation project will be divided into 320 photovoltaic unit systems, including 320 315 MW photovoltaic unit systems, and 40 collector lines will be constructed. Two 220kV booster stations are newly built in the project. Each 25MW in the photovoltaic field area is a circuit of power collection line, which is connected to the 35kV bus of the newly built 220kV booster station, and then connected to the 220kV substation through the outgoing line after being boosted to 220kV by the main transformer.
This tender is the EPC project of the third bid section of the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in the East District of 6806 Energy, and the public tender for the construction project of the 350 MW photovoltaic field. The total
planned construction period is 300 calendar days. In terms of
performance requirements, from January 2020 to the deadline for bidding, bidders must have at least two contracts for photovoltaic EPC or PC of 100MWp or above , and all of them have been completed.
The project accepts consortium bidding, and there are no more than two consortium units. The deadline for submission of
project bidding documents/bid opening time is 11:00 on February 4, 2026.
It is noteworthy that the first and second bidding sections of the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in the East District of 6806 Energy have also started bidding on December 30, 2025. The EPC project of the first bid section invites tenders for the construction project of 350MW photovoltaic field. The EPC project of the second bid section invites tenders for the construction project of 300 MW photovoltaic field.
The original deadline for submission of bidding documents/bid opening time was 11:00 on January 20, 2026, but the tenderer issued a correction announcement on January 7, 2025. The deadline for submission of bidding documents/bid opening time is postponed to 11:00 on January 22 , 2026.
