On January 13, Sichuan Huadian Daocheng Lilang Phase I 250 MW Photovoltaic Project EPC General Contracting Tender Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Sichuan Huadian New Energy Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the project is located in Daocheng County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The bidding project is divided into one bid section with a construction scale of 250MW and a planned commencement date of April 1 , 2026. The planned full capacity grid connection date is October 31 , 2026 and the planned completion date is June 30 , 2027. Consortium bidding is accepted for
the project. In terms of
the bidder's performance requirements, the bidder is required from January 1, 2020 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of operation). It shall have at least one single project of 150MW and above centralized high altitude (350Om and above) ground photovoltaic main project EPC general contracting and operation performance , and at least one 220kV and above voltage level booster station project EPC general contracting and operation performance. When the consortium bidding is
adopted, the leading party of the consortium shall have at least one single project of 150 MW and above centralized high altitude (350 m and above altitude) ground photovoltaic main project EPC general contracting and commissioning performance from January 1, 2020 to the deadline for bidding. It has at least one EPC general contracting performance of 220kV and above voltage level booster station project, and the members of the consortium shall have the performance of centralized ground photovoltaic project from January 1, 2020 to the deadline for bidding. The deadline for submission of
bidding documents/bid opening time of the project is 9:00 on February 3, 2026.
