On April 24, Guodian Power Tianjin Haijing Yanguang Complementary 1000 MW Project Phase II Photovoltaic Module Procurement Public Bidding Project Tender Announcement was issued, and Tianjin Guodian Power New Energy Development Co., Ltd. It is proposed to purchase photovoltaic modules for the second phase of Tianjin Haijing Salt and Light Complementary Project.
It is reported that Guodian Power Tianjin Haijing Salt and Light Complementary Project is located in the southwest of Tianjin Binhai New Area. Tianjin Guodian Power New Energy Co., Ltd. plans to build 1000 MW photovoltaic on the AC side of Haijing Salt Field, supporting the construction of a 500 kV booster station. The booster station is connected to Jinnan 500 kV substation through a 500 kV line.
This tender is for the procurement of photovoltaic modules in the second phase of the project, which is divided into three bid sections. Bid section 1 is for the procurement of 237288 blocks with a capacity of about 140MWp ; Bid Section 2 is for 237288 blocks with a capacity of about 140MWp , and Bid Section 3 is for 252130 blocks with a capacity of about 149MWp . A total of 429MWp modules are purchased for the three bid sections, and the purchased modules are all N-type Topcon monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass 590 Wp battery modules. The
delivery of the project is required to start within 45 days after the signing of the contract and complete within 30 days.
The project requires the bidder to have at least two domestic contracts of 565 Wp and above monocrystalline double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules within five years, and the capacity of a single contract is not less than 140MWp.
The project does not accept the bidding of the consortium and the agent. The time for submission of
bidding documents and bid opening is 9:00 on May 15, 2026.
