, 2026, Guorun Huairen 100 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC General Contracting Project Bidding Termination Announcement was issued. The announcement shows that Party A and Party B have reached a consensus to terminate the project , and now the contract is terminated and Party A re-invites tenders.
It is worth noting that in November 2024, The consortium formed by Guoyang Construction (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Jinzhi Ganhua Electric Power Technology Development Co., Ltd. won the bid for the project with a bid price of 462.38 million yuan and an average unit price of 3.79 yuan/W .
It is understood that the project is located in Xinjiayuan Township, Wujiayao Town and Jinshatan Town, Huairen City, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, covering an area of about 3000 mu. A 100MW ground photovoltaic grid-connected power station is newly built in the project, with DC side of 122MWp. A 220kV booster station has been built in Phase I, and the project is connected to the grid at 220kV voltage level. In this phase, the capacity of the booster station in Phase I will be expanded, and the power will be connected to the grid at 220kV voltage level through the outgoing line of Phase I.
The bidding scope includes that the contractor is responsible for the specific site selection and land acquisition of the project and bears the land lease fee during the construction period, and is responsible for the handling of various formalities in the early stage and bears the relevant prophase expenses. Be responsible for PV power generation construction drawing design, procurement of all materials and equipment, supply (including equipment supervision, transportation, loading and unloading, storage, reshipment, handover of spare parts and tools), site construction, construction of temporary facilities, commissioning and other work.
