Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on September 11, the announcement of EPC general contracting of 40000 kilowatt photovoltaic power station project in Jiangxian County, Yafengyuan, Shanxi Province was issued.
According to the announcement, the reason for the project's rejection was that Shandong Boda Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., the previously determined winning bidder , refused to sign a contract with the tenderer without any justified reason within the legal time limit.
Previously, the project was tendered on June 10, 2025, and Shandong Boda Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid with a total quotation of 96 million yuan . It is reported that the company belongs to the wave group and is a state-owned enterprise in Shandong.
It is understood that the tenderer of the project is Narwhal (Shandong) Energy Development Co., Ltd. with an installed capacity of 40000 kilowatts and a land area of 1600 mu. The main construction contents are new land acquisition, new photovoltaic modules , inverter equipment, 110 kV booster station and corresponding collector lines, and related ancillary facilities.
