On April 16, the first batch of distributed photovoltaic power generation EPC projects of Yunnan Tuo Nuclear Energy Technology (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. in 2026 were terminated because the construction unit could not fulfill the construction contract .
It is noteworthy that this is not the first time that the project has been terminated. As early as February 8, the project was terminated due to major changes. On the day of termination (February 8), the tenderer of the project, Tuo Nuclear Energy Technology (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. , immediately re-issued the tender announcement.
The project is divided into one bid section, using crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules , leasing the roof of the park, installing photovoltaic equipment, with a tentative total installed capacity of 50 MW (DC side) , using self-generation and self-use, and the surplus electricity is connected to the grid.
Then on March 12, the tenderer of the project issued the announcement of the result of winning the bid. Finally, TBEA Xinjiang New Energy Co., Ltd. won the bid with a total quotation of 10000 yuan 12250 and an average unit price of 2.45 yuan/W .

On April 13, the announcement of the abandoned bid for the design and construction of the " Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementary " Photovoltaic Cooperative Project in Kaili City was issued, due to the major adjustment of the project construction scale and implementation content. Now it is decided to terminate the relevant bidding activities of this project, so the bid of this project is rejected.
Previous bidding information shows that the project is located in Kaili City, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. The tenderer can invest in Ledian New Energy (Kaili) Co., Ltd. to develop distributed photovoltaic projects in Baiwu Street Duck Farm, Bibo Town Shihua Village, Baiwu Street Fertilizer Plant, Gandong Division of Sankeshu Town (Xiaogechong), Baiwu Street Beef Cattle Breeding Base and Qinglong Village of Zhouxi Town. The total development capacity of the project is 203.77 MW , including 46.02 MW of 1.5 million meat duck breeding demonstration base in Baiwu Street, Kaili City, 50.81 MW of Shihua Village base in Bibo Town, Kaili City, and 5.97 MW of chemical fertilizer plant demonstration base in Kaili City. Gandongshi (Xiaogechong) Breeding Base, Sankeshu Town, Kaili City, 40.01MW; High-quality Beef Cattle Industry Demonstration Base, Kaili City, 33.07MW; Edible Fungus Base, Qinglong Village, Zhouxi Town, Kaili City, 27.89MW.
This project adopts the fixed total price method of EPC general contracting, and the bidding scope includes the installation of photovoltaic brackets, component inverters , grid-connected combiner boxes, step-up transformers and other equipment on the site provided by the construction unit. To realize the design, material and equipment procurement, construction, commissioning, acceptance and related coordination services required for operation included in the construction scale of the project.
The project is developed in batches, and the planned construction period is full capacity grid-connected and put into operation within 4 months after receiving the written commencement documents from the tenderee. The original bid opening time of the
project is 10:30 a.m. on April 16, 2026.
