It marks the successful operation of the largest single photovoltaic project in Southeast Asia.
The project is the supporting power supply for China-Laos power interconnection, the first self-planned and self-developed overseas million-kilowatt clean energy green space project by CGN, and the first large-scale mountain photovoltaic project in Laos.
The project is located in Muang Sai County and Namo County, Oudomxay Province, Laos, with an estimated annual average power generation of 1.65 billion kWh and an equivalent emission reduction of about 1.3 million tons of carbon dioxide.
