project environmental impact report form shows that the Pingshun County Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau agrees with the nature, scale, location of the construction project listed in the project environmental impact report form and the environmental protection measures to be taken. According to

the EIA documents, the project is located in Qingyang Town, Pingshun County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, with a total investment of 400 million yuan and a construction period of 12 months . The 100MW photovoltaic power station is mainly constructed . The main works include civil works such as photovoltaic array equipment foundation, support and fence, as well as supporting works such as photovoltaic modules , inverters, transformers and booster stations. The planned capacity of the
project is 100MW, and the total installed capacity at the DC side is 120. 05495 MWp . The PV array of the project can be divided into 28 sub-arrays of about 3.85 MWp and 4 sub-arrays of about 3.07 MWp. A total of 183 290 N-type BC655Wp monocrystalline silicon double-sided PV modules are installed. The PV modules of
each power generation unit are connected to the series inverter through DC cables, and then connected to the 35 kV power distribution device after being inverted and boosted. A new 220kV booster station will be built in the site. The total scale of the booster station is designed as 2 × 100MVA, and the scale of this phase is 100MVA. A 100MVA main transformer will be set up, and the long-term scale is 100MVA.
