Jiangxi Gandian Electric Co., Ltd., Guizhou Zhongxuan Construction Co., Ltd., Shandong Huaneng Branch and Henan Qianyu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The installed capacity of photovoltaic power stations in the three bid sections is 100MW, and the lowest bidding unit price is 2.597 yuan/W.
Previously, on February 8, the EPC competitive consultation announcement of the project showed that the project was located in Qixingguan Industrial Park, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, relying on the existing building roof of the industrial park, the total roof area was about 3616 K m2, and the roof types were concrete roof and color steel tile. A 420MWp distributed photovoltaic power generation system can be built. The project adopts the grid-connected mode of "self-generation and self-use, and the surplus electricity is connected to the grid". The grid-connected voltage level is 10 kV, and about 108 grid-connected points are set. The distributed photovoltaic grid-connected power generation sub-station system adopts the overall design scheme of "decentralized inversion, centralized grid-connected".
The project is planned to start on April 1, 2026, and is planned to be connected to the grid with full capacity on April 1, 2027. There are five bid sections in the bidding of the
