On February 28, the successful candidate for EPC general contracting of Guangzhou Development Chongqing Xiushan Photovoltaic Project announced that Zhejiang Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Energy Construction Group and Zhejiang Jiangneng Construction Co., Ltd. ranked first among the candidates, with a total bid price of 33266 23.02 million yuan . The unit price is 2.218 yuan/W .
Previous tender announcements show that the project is located in Xiushan Tujia and Miao Autonomous County of Chongqing, and the installed capacity of photovoltaic DC side is planned to be 205.3471MWp. It is planned to install 331 205 N-type 620Wp monocrystalline double-sided photovoltaic modules with a total of 65 power generation units, 468 320 kW string inverters and 150 MW AC capacity. A new 110kV booster station will be built, including 110kV power distribution equipment, 35kV power distribution equipment and supporting equipment, station power system, etc. 110kV power distribution unit: line transformer unit connection is adopted. A new 110kV booster station is planned to be built
in this project, and the photovoltaic array is connected to the new 110kV booster station of this project by 9 circuits of 35kV collector lines. The generated power is transmitted to the 110kV side of Xiushan Substation by a 110kV line after being boosted by the main transformer through the collector line. The new overhead line is about 12.3km long, with a conductor section of 2 × 240mm2, and the new cable line is about 0.5km long, with a conductor section of 1000mm2 . One Xiushan 110kV bay is considered to be expanded on the opposite side, and relevant primary, secondary and communication equipment shall be improved.
The photovoltaic power generation project is completed by turnkey general contracting, and the components are purchased by the tenderer. The bidding scope is the EPC general contracting project of Guangzhou Development Chongqing Xiushan Photovoltaic Project. Full capacity grid connection is required to be completed by December 31, 2026.
