On June 18, Luoding Branch of the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, planned to announce the approval decision on the EIA document of the 100MW photovoltaic composite project in Luoding City. The 100MW photovoltaic composite project
in Luoding City is located in Pingtang Town and Jinji Town of Luoding City. The project obtained the environmental assessment approval from Yunfu Ecological Environment Bureau in 2021, and the approved construction scale is 100MWp installed capacity . However, due to the obstruction of the leased land during the construction process, the scope and location of the land used for the photovoltaic field were adjusted, the actual construction capacity was adjusted to 65.0868 MWp , and the length of the newly added 35 kV power collection line project was about 25037 meters, which constituted a major change, and the environmental impact assessment document was re-submitted for approval.
At present, the photovoltaic field and 35 kV collector line have been completed and put into operation, and this environmental impact assessment belongs to the supplementary environmental impact assessment procedures . The construction unit of the
above project is Luoding Yueao Huarong Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Equity penetration shows that the company is a subsidiary of the State Power Investment Corporation .
