On June 8, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, issued a public announcement on the acceptance of environmental impact assessment documents for the photovoltaic power station project (major changes) in Changling Village, Lingling District.
It is reported that the construction unit of the project is Xiangtou Energy (Lingling District) Co., Ltd., and the original project has been changed after obtaining the approval issued by Lingling Branch of Yongzhou Ecological Environment Bureau, so the re-environmental assessment work has been carried out. According to
the EIA documents, the original project is located in Changling Village, Lingling District, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, with a total investment of 413.1 million yuan, a total area of 160.0007 hectares and an AC side capacity of 100 MW. The actual installed capacity on the DC side is 129.MWp 75676, and the main construction contents include the photovoltaic field area, 110kV booster station, roads in the photovoltaic field area, roads in the booster station, and other projects. After obtaining the approval issued by Lingling Branch of Yongzhou Ecological Environment Bureau, the
original project was relocated . After relocation, there were 37 photovoltaic power generation units (sub-arrays), most of which were located within the scope of the original EIA, and a small part of the new land was added. After the adjustment of the site selection, the land area, land type, roads, collector lines and other construction contents of the project are adjusted, with a total investment of 402.9897 million yuan , an area of 166.9052 hectares and an AC side capacity of 100MW. The actual installed capacity on the DC side is 130.MWp 15296.
The power station adopts the scheme of block power generation and centralized grid connection. Monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules with 203364 of 660 Wp are designed and installed. The system has 37 photovoltaic power generation units (24 3.2MW units, 4 2.6MW units, One 2.3MW unit, five 1.6MW units and three 1MW units), and each photovoltaic power generation unit is mainly composed of photovoltaic array, string inverter , 35kV box-type transformer, etc.
