On September 26, Guangxi Liuzhou Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau issued a public announcement on the acceptance of the application for environmental impact assessment documents of Rongshui Xing Xian Photovoltaic Project of China-Guangzhou Nuclear New Energy (Rongshui) Co., Ltd. According to the EIA report of the
project, Rongshui Xingxian Photovoltaic Project of China-Guangzhou Nuclear New Energy (Rongshui) Co., Ltd. is located in Dongliang Village and Xingxian Village, Rongshui Town, Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, with a total investment of 430 million yuan and a construction period of 8 months. The installed capacity of the AC side of the
construction scale is 100MW , and the total installed capacity of the DC side is 130.816MWp. It is designed to install 610Wp high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules with 214452 blocks. The power station adopts the scheme of block power generation and centralized grid connection, and the system is divided into 37 photovoltaic power generation units. Each power generation unit is equipped with double-winding box-type transformer and string inverter of corresponding specifications. The on-grid energy of the
project in the first year is 130.58 million kWh, and the on-grid hours in the first year is 1307h converted according to the record capacity of 100MW. During the 25-year operation period, the average annual on-grid energy is 124.25 million kWh, and the average annual on-grid hours is 1243h. After the completion of the
project, it is planned to plant Chinese herbal medicine, green vegetables and other shade-loving crops under the photovoltaic panels.
