On September 26, the 100MW centralized photovoltaic power generation project in Meijiang Town, Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province was tendered publicly.
The project is located in Mixiyan Village and Qunsheng Village, Meijiang Town, Lanxi City. The tenderer is Lanxi Lanjin Development and Construction Co., Ltd. The project investment is estimated to be 515.2031 million yuan , and the 44292 of the project is estimated to be 78.49 million yuan.
The announcement shows that the tender for the project adopts the " turnkey " general contracting mode, which covers pre-formalities, survey and design, equipment procurement and installation, construction, commissioning, acceptance and handover, and quality assurance services. The planned construction period is 300 calendar days (including the construction drawing design period of 100 calendar days). The planned capacity of the
project is 100MW (AC side) , and the actual installed capacity is about 126. 26208 MWp (DC side), which adopts the mode of block power generation and centralized grid connection. It is composed of 15 power generation units of 2.7 MW (the maximum DC side can be connected to 3. 42342 MWp) and 18 power generation units of 3.3 MW (the maximum DC side can be connected to 4. 18418 MWp). After boosting, it is connected to the 35 kV distribution room of the new 110 kV booster station in this phase through four 35 kV collector lines. A 110kV booster station is newly built in
the project, covering an area of about 6.95 mu, including a power distribution room, an office building, a group of main transformers, a group of GIS equipment, a group of outdoor SVG, a group of solid waste cabins, a group of grounding transformers, a group of 10kV station transformers, an integrated fire pump station, an accident oil pool, etc. The booster station is planned to be connected to the system with one 110kV line.
In addition, the tender announcement shows that the tender control price is 350 million 690 thousand and 536 yuan. The bidding of this
project is oriented to small and medium-sized enterprises as a whole. Among them, if they participate in this bidding in the form of a consortium, the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in the consortium shall be more than (not less than 40%). The deadline for submission of
