On September 24, Huarun Ningxia Zhongwei Silicon-based Characteristic Advantage Industry Green Power Park 300 MW Photovoltaic Composite Project (excluding photovoltaic module procurement) EPC general contracting project tender announcement was issued. The tenderer is China Resources Power (Zhongwei City) Co., Ltd .
The bidding content shows that the project is located in Yongkang Town, Shapotou District, Zhongwei City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and the bidding section is the EPC general contracting project of photovoltaic field area (excluding photovoltaic module procurement). The content and scope of the
bidding include: the project is constructed by EPC general contracting (excluding the procurement of photovoltaic modules). The scope of work includes but is not limited to: survey, design, equipment and material procurement, supervision, engineering construction and installation, test, inspection and testing, system commissioning, trial operation, defect elimination, training, acceptance, final delivery and production, quality assurance, etc., of the whole project of photovoltaic field and collector line, as well as all materials, spare parts, special tools, consumables and relevant technical data.
The project is scheduled to break ground on December 20, 2025; the first batch of grid-connected on September 30, 2026; the full-capacity grid-connected power generation on December 30, 2026; the completion acceptance on June 30, 2027, with a total construction period of 557 days.
In this tender, in addition to good reputation and relevant qualifications, the bidder shall have the following performance requirements: 1) Non-consortium bidder: from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the date of contract signing). EPC performance of at least one PV field ( single project capacity not less than 100MW );
2) Consortium bidder: from January 1, 2022 to the bid deadline (subject to the date of contract signing), Each member of the consortium shall provide the design and construction performance of at least one photovoltaic field ( the capacity of a single project shall not be less than 100MW ) according to the scope of division of labor in the agreement. Consortium bidding is allowed
in this tender, and the number of members shall not exceed 2 ; the consortium bidding agreement shall be provided, and the leading party and the division of labor shall be clearly defined. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:30 on October 15, 2025.
