On September 22, the Development and Reform Commission of Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, issued the announcement of the results of the evaluation of the legal persons of six photovoltaic projects such as Daocheng Gatong Phase I in Ganzi Prefecture.
This project includes 6 photovoltaic projects: Daocheng Gatong Phase I 200MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, Daocheng Lilang Phase I 250MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, Luhuo County Kemu 50MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, The 300,000-kilowatt green mine demonstration photovoltaic project at Kangding No.1 site, the 50,000-kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project in Xiaxiong, Ganzi County, and the 100,000-kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project in Batang Deda Phase I, with a total scale of 950MW .
The top three of the six projects were announced, and the companies of state-owned enterprises such as Datang, Huadian, Huaneng and CGN were shortlisted. The details are as follows:
On August 3, the Development and Reform Commission of Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan, issued the Announcement on the Legal Person Selection of Six Photovoltaic Projects Including Daocheng Gatong Phase I in Ganzi Prefecture. The announcement shows that this batch of photovoltaic projects is planned to start at the end of 2025 and be completed and put into operation before 2027.
In addition, on September 5, the Development and Reform Commission of Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, announced the results of the evaluation of five photovoltaic project legal persons, including Daofu Gonglu Phase II in Ganzi Prefecture. The scale involved is 2.8GW . The total installed capacity of 11 photovoltaic projects in the
two phases is 3.75 GW.
Among them, Sichuan Shudao Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd. , a subsidiary of Shudao Group, is the first winner of the 1.3 million kilowatt photovoltaic project of Gonglu Phase II in Daofu County, the 500,000 kilowatt photovoltaic project of Yari Phase II in Daofu County and the 500,000 kilowatt photovoltaic project of Gehapu Phase I in Daofu County.
This batch of photovoltaic projects is also planned to start at the end of 2025 and be completed and put into operation in 2027. The announcement information of the
two projects is clear that the matching transmission project between the power transmission of 11 projects and the access point of the power grid is constructed by the selected project legal person, and the scale of energy storage allocation should be determined by considering the transmission capacity of the power grid channel and the need for scientific overall planning. However, in five photovoltaic projects such as Daofu Gonglu Phase II, the proportion of energy storage in 100000 kilowatt photovoltaic projects in Shiqu County is encouraged to be no less than 45% and 2 hours , while the proportion of energy storage in other projects is no less than 10% and 2 hours .
