Recently, the Anhui Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of the Xizang Autonomous, and the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Sinkiang Production and Construction Corps issued a list of green factories at the provincial and corps levels. Four units of Conch Cement , Lu'an Conch, Quanjiao Conch, Basu Conch and Hami Hongyi, were successfully selected. So far, Conch Cement has established 29 national green factories and 37 provincial green factories.
Lu'an Conch
Lu'an Conch focuses on the goal of "intensive plant, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste recycling, low-carbon energy", and solidly carries out the establishment of green factories. In the production process, energy consumption and carbon emissions per unit product are significantly reduced by means of high energy efficiency motor application, energy on-line monitoring system construction and cement production process optimization. Using local materials to promote the conversion of industrial waste residues such as coal-fired slag powder, desulfurized gypsum and fly ash into raw materials for cement production, which not only alleviates the pressure of local disposal, but also realizes the comprehensive utilization of resources. A 1.39 MW photovoltaic power generation project will be built in the plant area according to local conditions, providing 1.4 million degrees of green electricity annually. Increase investment in environmental protection funds, deepen the treatment of "three wastes", and the emission indicators are better than national standards, so as to build a strong barrier to protect the region's clear water and blue sky.
Quanjiao Conch
Quanjiao Conch has earnestly studied and implemented Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, firmly established the concept that green water and green hills are Jinshan and Yinshan, and established a complete green manufacturing system from mining to production organization to product delivery. As the first full-process intelligent factory in the cement industry in China, in recent years, the company has launched "combination boxing" such as ultra-low emission transformation of production lines, energy-saving and consumption-reducing technological transformation, intelligent construction, use of alternative fuels and raw materials, co-disposal of solid and hazardous wastes in cement kilns, construction of photovoltaic power generation projects, and beautification, greening and brightening of plant areas, so as to comprehensively enhance the new content, green content and gold content of enterprise development. Walking into Quanjiao Conch Factory, it is full of vitality, neat and orderly, birds and flowers, and a harmonious picture of ecological civilization and industrial civilization is slowly unfolding. In October 2023, the company was awarded "A-level enterprise of environmental protection performance in Anhui Province", and in October 2024, it was awarded the first batch of carbon label certificates for building materials in China.
Basu Conch
Basu Conch adheres to the concept of "ecological priority and green development" throughout. In production, we have actively overcome the impact of thin air and other factors on production, built an oxygen-enriched combustion system, improved energy efficiency, and saved nearly 3000 tons of standard coal annually. The 8.8 MW photovoltaic project completed by stages and the cement kiln waste heat power generation system can provide nearly 50 million degrees of green electricity annually, meeting nearly half of the electricity demand of the plant. In terms of ecological restoration, the company uses soil backfilling and scientific improvement, and builds a five-stage pumping station with a drop of up to 700 meters to divert water up the mountain. With the intelligent sprinkler system, the once bare limestone mountain is now full of vitality-50000 spruce and cedar trees have taken root, more than 130000 square meters of grassland are full of vitality, and the once rare blue sheep have returned home. The project of co-disposal of domestic waste with an investment of tens of millions of yuan will help the local government to realize the "harmless and resource-based" treatment of domestic waste and contribute to the construction of Blue Basu.
Hami HONGY
I Hami HONGYI Company is located in the Camel Circle Industrial Park of the 13th Division Industrial Park of Sinkiang Production and Construction Corps, with a 2500t/d clinker production line and a cement grinding production line. In recent years, the company has unswervingly practiced the concept of green and low carbon, continuously increased capital investment, and continuously improved the level of clean production through the implementation of closed yard transformation, SCR denitrification technology transformation, and the increase of dust collection equipment. The emission concentration of nitrogen oxides and particulate matter has continued to decline and reached the ultra-low emission standards. While doing a good job in production organization, Hami Company has also promoted the beautification and greening of the factory area, laid more than 3400 meters of drip irrigation pipelines, planted more than 200 drought-resistant seedlings such as long branch elm, round crown elm, Mongolian pine and fruit trees such as grapes and hawthorns, and set a model of green ecological development in the Gobi Desert.
At present, the cement industry is facing the double test of energy saving, environmental protection and industrial intelligence upgrading. In order to implement the relevant policy requirements and accelerate the green low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of the cement industry, China Cement Network is scheduled for September 23-24. The 14th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference and the 6th Intelligent Summit Forum were held in Zibo, Shandong Province. This conference will bring together industry experts, enterprise representatives and many industry stakeholders to gather group wisdom and promote energy-saving, environmental protection and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the cement industry.
