In the aspect of equipment renovation, four mills were overhauled, 2773 liners and tens of thousands of chute canvases were replaced, and the mill gradation was adjusted to improve the stability of equipment operation and reduce power consumption; The construction of energy management system has been completed, and the monitoring and control of energy-using equipment such as cement grinding process, cement packaging process and cement delivery process have been realized, so that the energy flow direction is clear; the frequency conversion technology transformation of mill tail fan has been implemented, the equipment operation current has been reduced, the energy consumption has been saved, and the annual electricity consumption has been saved by about 100,000 kWh.
In the aspect of strengthening the management and control of power consumption process, the switching of the total drop capacitor is strictly controlled, and the voltage gear of the main transformer is adjusted in time according to the production load, which reduces the internal power supply line loss, reduces the production cost and reduces the energy waste.
