Among them, onshore PV is 1273 MW , rooftop PV is 728.88 MW , and offshore PV is 2808 MW . From the perspective of
project affiliated enterprises, Datang Group obtained the largest number of projects, with a scale of 1322MW, followed by Huadian Group, with a total of 10 projects of 928MW, and China Resources Group, Guoneng Group and Mindong Energy ranked 3-5.
In addition, the document requires that each project unit should, in principle, complete the filing application, start construction and full-capacity grid-connected operation within the promised time limit. Before the project starts construction, all construction procedures shall be handled in accordance with the law and regulations. After the project is put on record, the basic information of construction implementation such as commencement, construction progress and completion of the project shall be submitted in time through the online platform according to the regulations; except for the exemption stipulated by the National Energy Administration, the project shall obtain the power business license within 6 months after the grid connection.
