On December 30, Bijie Qixingguan District Industrial Park 420 MW Roof Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC Competitive Consultation Announcement was issued, and the project construction unit and tenderer were Bijie Chuangneng New Energy Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the project is located in the northwest of Guizhou Province, Qixingguan District Industrial Park, Bijie City, relying on the existing building roofs of the industrial park, to build a distributed photovoltaic power generation system. The total installed capacity of the project is 420MWp, the total power generation in 25 years is 1071 million kWh, and the average power generation in 25 years is 428.4 million kWh. The average equivalent utilization hours in 25 years is 1020 hours.
The project adopts the grid-connected mode of " self-generation and self-use, and the surplus electricity is connected to the grid ". The grid-connected voltage level is 10 kV, and about 108 grid-connected points are set up. The distributed photovoltaic grid-connected power generation sub-station system adopts the overall design scheme of "decentralized inversion, centralized grid-connected". The procurement scope of the
project includes the design of the main photovoltaic power station and the collection line project, the procurement and supply of equipment and materials, the construction of construction and installation projects, joint commissioning and trial operation, acceptance, training, handover of production, and the service of the project quality warranty period.
The planned construction period is 180 days, the planned start date is March 1, 2026, and the planned full capacity grid connection date is September 1, 2026. Bidders are
required to have successfully completed at least 30 MW (cumulative capacity) grid-connected photovoltaic power station or one 110kV booster station or one 110kV substation in the past three years (from December 1, 2022 to December 1, 2025).
