CGN New Energy Yunnan Region 2025-2027 The survey and design integrated service framework procurement project is divided into four bid sections, as follows:
Bid Section 1: CGN New Energy Yunnan Region (Baoshan, Wenshan, Yuxi, Nujiang Area) 2025-2027 Feasibility Study, Survey and Design Integrated Service Framework, with an estimated total of 60 wind power projects and 60 photovoltaic projects.
Bid Section 2: The integrated service framework of feasibility study, survey and design in 2025-2027 for CGNPC's new energy Yunnan region (Pu'er Tea, Chuxiong, Dali and Honghe districts). It is estimated that there will be 60 wind power projects and 60 photovoltaic projects in total.
Bid Section III: CGN New Energy Yunnan Region (Kunming, Banna, Lijiang and Lincang Areas) 2025-2027 Integrated Service Framework for Feasibility Study, Survey and Design. It is estimated that there will be 60 wind power projects and 60 photovoltaic projects in total.
Bid Section 4: Integrated service framework for feasibility study, survey and design of CGN New Energy Yunnan Region (Qujing, Dehong, Diqing and Zhaotong Areas) in 2025-2027. It is estimated that there will be 60 wind power projects and 60 photovoltaic projects in total.
The bidding contents include: (1) Onshore wind power project planning application consulting services, site survey, information search, topographic mapping, preliminary engineering geological survey, detailed engineering geological survey, preparation of wind power project feasibility study report, preparation and review of approval report, road construction design, preparation of preliminary design report, preparation of construction bidding documents, Construction drawing design, as-built drawing preparation, and related consulting services, on-site services, etc. (2) Onshore photovoltaic project planning application consulting services, photovoltaic power station site survey and collection, feasibility study report preparation, site topographic mapping, site detailed survey, hydrological and meteorological survey, construction bidding document preparation and related consulting services and on-site services within the scope of the bid section.

The planned land area of the project is about 2067.35 mu, the rated capacity of the planned photovoltaic power station is 113.92 MW (AC), and the installed capacity is 142 MWp (DC) 00186. The project site is located between 98 ° 52 ′ ~ 99 ° 43 ′ E and 23 ° 04 ′ ~ 23 ° 40 ′ N, with an elevation of 1700 ~ 1900 m. It is proposed to use 715 Wp (including and above) double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon N-type battery modules, and the total number of modules is 198604. The inverter is proposed to be 300 kW (including and above) string inverter. It is planned to arrange 38 sub-arrays and 38 box-type transformers in the photovoltaic power generation area, and connect the 5-circuit 35kV buried + overhead hybrid power collection line to the new 220kV booster station, of which the total length of the buried cable is about 10.75 km, the total length of the overhead line is about 24.1 km, and the length of the single-circuit overhead line is about 10.2 km. The double-circuit overhead line on the same tower is about 13.9 km long, of which the overhead conductor is proposed to be steel-cored aluminum alloy stranded wire, and the length of the new line and the cross-section of the conductor shall be subject to the access system approved by Yunnan Power Grid.
