Lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system is proposed for this energy storage project. This project is a new type of container-type energy storage project, equipped with a number of mini-fire stations.

This project plans to build a 200MW/400MWh energy storage power station, select lithium iron phosphate batteries, and build a 220 kV booster station. It includes the energy storage battery room, centralized control room, power distribution room, booster station, duty room, office building and other ancillary operation facilities. The energy storage station is built at one time and is planned to be connected to the system with 220kV voltage level. The scope of work of the PC general contractor of the
project includes all other work except for the matters that the tenderee is clearly responsible for, including but not limited to: handling of various compliance procedures required by the power station, supervision, procurement, supply and storage of equipment and materials. Services for all construction and installation works, project management, commissioning, trial operation of the works, standard production, project completion acceptance, training, handover of production, performance quality assurance, and project quality warranty period.
It is specified that the tenderee shall be responsible for and the bidder shall pay for the following items: the preliminary reports and the compliance reports/replies necessary for the commencement of the project, the land, forestry, environmental assessment, water and soil conservation, land requisition (including the cost of land requisition for the booster station and the outgoing line, the cost of land requisition for the energy storage site, Clearance of surface attachments (including booster station and energy storage area, transmission line, necessary temporary land occupation for construction) compensation and related taxes), land planning during construction period, engineering planning, construction permit, real property rights, etc.; safety evaluation, occupational disease, overburden mine, various procedures for transmission line (including land requisition and line channel, etc.); Handle the Power Purchase and Sale Contract, Grid-connected Dispatching Agreement, Communication Agreement, High-voltage Power Supply Contract and Power Generation Business License; be responsible for Power Engineering Quality Supervision; It is responsible for the grid-connected testing, grid-related performance testing, power quality testing and energy storage power station performance testing required by the local power grid company and the Academy of Electrical Sciences, as well as the commissioning calculation of all equipment protection settings, dispatching declaration data at all levels, joint commissioning of grid-related systems, dispatching communication and automatic installation and commissioning, network access evaluation, technology and so on. Ensure that the purchased equipment passes the above tests; check and accept all procedures of the project and the cost (including: water and soil conservation, environmental protection, social stability, occupational disease prevention, construction filing, lightning protection, fire protection, labor health).
