On September 25, 2012, Inner Mongolia Yili Jidong Cement obtained the new certificate of comprehensive utilization of resources issued by the Economic and Information Commission of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. So far, after nearly three months of efforts, Yili Jidong Cement has successfully completed the certificate renewal of comprehensive utilization of resources. The new certificate is valid until August 2014, and the scope of resource utilization has increased from carbide slag, fly ash and desulfurized gypsum to steel slag.
In recent years, Yili Jidong Cement has replaced limestone with carbide slag to produce clinker cement, which has solved the problem of carbide slag treatment in Yili Energy and Chemical Recycling Economy Park. At the same time, it has added a variety of admixtures such as fly ash, slag, steel slag and so on in the cement production process, and replaced natural gypsum with desulfurization gypsum. Make the projects in the park change from the traditional industrial mode of "resources-products-wastes" to the new industrial mode of "resources-products-waste-renewable resources", which conforms to the comprehensive utilization products (processes) of "three wastes" resources encouraged by the state, and enjoy the preferential tax policy of immediate refund of value-added tax.
Yili Jidong Cement can utilize 1.55 million tons of industrial waste residue in Yili Energy and Chemical Industry Circular Economy Park and its surrounding areas every year. Since it obtained the certificate of comprehensive utilization of resources in September 2008, it has realized a total tax rebate of 130.6 million yuan, creating huge social benefits and high economic benefits.
