Jidong Cement Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Russian National Construction Science and Technology Production Center yesterday.
Zhang He, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, who is attending the Fourth Session of the Tenth National People's Congress, cordially met with all members of the delegation of the Russian National Construction Science and Technology Production Center headed by Utkin Vladimir Leonidovich, President of the Russian National Construction Science and Technology Production Center, former Deputy Minister of the Russian Ministry of Construction and Academician of the National Academy of Sciences. He also attended the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Hebei Jidong Cement Group Company and the Russian National Construction Science and Technology Production Center.
During the meeting, Zhang He extended a welcome to the Russian guests for their inspection tour in Tangshan. He said that China and Russia have enjoyed traditional friendly relations. In recent years, with the establishment of the Sino-Russian strategic partnership, the two countries have conducted good cooperation in politics, economy, culture, science and technology. The cooperation between your center and Jidong Cement Group is a good contribution to the further development of Sino-Russian relations. Zhang He said that the Russian nation is an excellent nation, and your advanced science and technology, high-tech products and so on are of great help to us. Therefore, we should take this as a starting point, expand the areas of exchanges between the two sides, and make the cooperation between the two sides better and better.
Utkin Vladimir Leonidovich thanked Zhang He for meeting with the delegation of the Russian National Construction Science and Technology Production Center in spite of his busy schedule. He said that Russia and China are two big neighbors of Europe and Asia, and we have no contradictions and conflicts, and our relations have reached a new level. Therefore, the two sides should care for and support each other. He said that China has a splendid civilization, especially in recent years, China has made rapid progress in economy, science and technology. The Russian National Construction Science and Technology Production Center came to China after visiting many countries in the world, including the United States, Denmark and Czech Republic, and chose to carry out strategic cooperation with Jidong Cement Group Company. "I admire the old Chinese saying that everything starts with the first step, so let's start with the first step," he concluded.

At the signing ceremony, Zhang Zengguang, chairman of Jidong Cement Group Company, Utkin Vladimir, and Leonidovich. Alexander Karlov, Minister of Construction of Sverdlovsk State of Russia, and Chumelin Yuli, Executive Manager of Construction Enterprise Alliance of Sverdlovsk State of Russia, signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement and Memorandum on General Contracting of Cement Production Line Project of Hebei Jidong Cement Group Company and Russian National Construction Science and Technology Production Center respectively.
According to the cooperation agreement between the two sides, the Russian National Construction Science and Technology Production Center will become the sole commercial agent of Jidong Cement Group in the Russian Federation and the Baltic coastal countries, and Jidong Cement will become the sole commercial agent of the Russian National Construction Science and Technology Production Center in China. The areas of cooperation between the two sides include cement process design, complete sets of equipment for cement production lines, single equipment and spare parts, installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, plant production commissioning, plant production index assessment, production personnel training, plant production and operation guidance, and general contracting of cement production line projects and related services.
