The announcement shows that in view of the major changes in the design schemes of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth bidding sections of the PC project of the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project in Jinda Hongjing Shache County. The original bidding documents have been unable to meet the needs of the current project implementation, so it is decided to temporarily terminate the bidding activities of the PC project of the project. The Development and Reform Commission of Shache County, Xinjiang, issued a statement on the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project in Jinda Hongjing Shache County. The
statement shows that the project is still in the preliminary stage of formalities, and the preliminary work of land use, planning and power grid access has not been completed . It has not yet met the legal conditions for bidding and construction.
After verification, some illegal elements have recently forged the signature of the Shache County Development and Reform Commission and forged the document "Opinions on the Power Supply Price of the 1 Million Kilowatt Photovoltaic Sand Control Project in Jinda Hongjing Shache County", which covers matters related to the price of power supply. In this regard, the Shache County Development and Reform Commission solemnly declared that the document was a forged official document, and the contents of the document were not true .
At the same time, the current content of "paying a deposit can undertake the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project in Jinda Hongjing Shache County" is also false information . Any act of requiring payment of deposit, registration fee or other fees in the name of "government recommendation", "internal relations", "locking the project in advance" has nothing to do with the actual progress of the project, nor has it been approved by any government department in Shache County.
Xinjiang Shache County Development and Reform Commission said: "If the project enters the bidding stage, the bidding information will be released by the project investment enterprise Jinda Hongjing (Shache) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. through the formal bidding platform in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.".
