On December 24, CGN Jiangsu Jianhu County Fishing and Photovoltaic Complementary Phase II 200 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC General Contracting Project Component Equipment Tender Announcement was issued, and the project tenderer was China Energy Engineering Group Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd.
The component procurement project is divided into one bid section, with a scale of 260 MW for DC measurement. The construction period requires full capacity grid connection on December 30, 2026, and the delivery date is February 2026.
The project requires the bidder to have at least one contract case with a module capacity of 80 MW or more in the past four years. It has good bank credit and commercial reputation, and is not in the state of being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen or bankrupt. Agents and consortia are not allowed to bid
in this tender .
The bid closing and opening time is 9:30 on January 15, 2026. According to the bidding information of the EPC general contracting project of the second phase of
the previous project, CGN Jiangsu Jianhu County Fishing and Light Complementary Project is located in Hengji Town, Jiulongkou Town, Yanhe Town, Yandan Town and Jianyang Town, Jianhu County, Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, with a total scale of 555 MW. The construction scale of the second phase project is 200 MW photovoltaic, and the supporting construction capacity is 31 MW/62 MWh energy storage facilities. The actual installed capacity is 261.99712Mmp, the scheme of block power generation and centralized grid connection is adopted, and the fixed inclination bracket is adopted for installation. The
photovoltaic array of the project adopts the DC 1500V system scheme, which is divided into 76 units. Single silicon PV modules with peak power of N-type TOPCon620Wp are used, and 28 PV modules are connected in series to form a PV module string.
On November 28, the second phase of the project announced the results of EPC general contracting, and the winning bidder was Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Energy Construction Group.
