On September 3, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Baise City, Guangxi, issued a public announcement on the approval and acceptance of environmental impact assessment documents for four construction projects. It includes two photovoltaic projects of Huaneng (Baise) Clean Energy Co., Ltd.-Lahao Rural Revitalization Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Sitang Town , Youjiang District and Right The photovoltaic power generation project of rural revitalization in Lilan, Sitang Town, Jiangqu District, is a major change and re-approval project.
The above two projects have started construction in December 2024 and are expected to be completed in December 2025.
Youjiang District Sitang Town Lahao Rural Revitalization Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (Major Changes)
Youjiang District Sitang Town Lahao Rural Revitalization Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located around Pingbu Village, Sitang Town, Youjiang District, Baise City, and is a new project with a total investment of 60 million yuan. The installed capacity of the DC side of the project is 18.MWp 95712, and that of the AC side is 15.75 MW , with a capacity ratio of 1.14-1.26. The project uses 30,576 N-type double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon 620 Wp photovoltaic modules , and the photovoltaic array consists of 7 monocrystalline silicon battery power generation units. The construction period of the project is 12 months. The change of
the project mainly involves major changes in the construction site of the project. According to the EIA documents, in the process of leasing land, because some villagers do not agree with the project to use their land for construction, the construction unit has adjusted the site selection of some plots, and the rest of the plots are still used according to the original plan. The new plot is located about 2.6 kilometers northwest of the original project plot.
At present, the construction of switching station, photovoltaic array, collector line and other engineering contents of the project has begun and has not yet been completed. Lilan Rural Revitalization Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Sitang Town

The project uses 30,632 N-type double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon 620 Wp photovoltaic modules, and the photovoltaic array consists of 7 monocrystalline silicon battery power generation units. The construction period of the project is 12 months. The change of the
project is also due to a major change in the construction site of the project. In the process of implementing the lease work, because some villagers do not agree with the project to use their land for construction, the construction unit chooses a new plot for construction. The plot newly used for this project is located about 2.26 km north of the original project plot.
At present, the construction of photovoltaic array, collector line and other engineering contents of the project has begun and has not yet been completed.
