On August 21, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting of 100000 kilowatt photovoltaic project in Luntai County of Tarim Oilfield was issued, and the tenderer was PetroChina Tower Oil (Luntai) New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of PetroChina.
The announcement shows that the project is located in Jigedaiquele Village, Luntai County, Bazhou, Xinjiang (about 39 km southwest of Luntai County), with a new centralized photovoltaic power station with a total installed capacity of 120.5131 MWp on the DC side. The AC side is 100MW , and the project adopts monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass N-type 620 Wp photovoltaic modules . One set of 10MW/120MWh lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system , one 110 kilovolt booster station and 5 kilometers of 110 kilovolt transmission line will be built. The planned construction period of the
project is from September 15, 2025 to December 30 , 2025, the completion date of the main project or the date of grid-connected conditions is December 30, 2025, and the planned grid-connected date is January 30, 2026. The full capacity grid connection date is April 30, 2026.
The bidding content is to complete the construction drawing design, material procurement ( photovoltaic modules and inverters supplied by Party A), engineering construction, monomer commissioning, grid-connected trial operation, quality warranty and other engineering contents of the project according to the preliminary design and related data and documents provided by the tenderer. Cooperate to complete intermediate handover, handover acceptance, special acceptance, project settlement, final accounts, capital transfer, audit, completion acceptance and other engineering contents.
With regard to the bidding requirements, in addition to good business reputation, business conditions and corresponding qualifications, bidders should be able to meet the bidding deadline from January 1, 2022 (inclusive). It has the performance of EPC general contracting or design or construction general contracting for 110KV and above power transmission/transformation projects and 100MW and above photovoltaic power generation projects. Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project .
