The project unit is Guohua (Bayannur) New Energy Co., Ltd.; the construction site is located in the south of Central Axis Road, north of S215, east of Jinger Road and west of the planned Jingwu Road in Bayannur City-Wulate Middle Banner-Ganqimaodu Port Processing Park. The total investment of the project is 13180 million yuan , which is planned to start in October 2026 and be completed in December 2028.

Construction Scale and Content: The project involves the construction of 442000 Nm ³ hydrogen production by water electrolysis, 3.778 million Nm ³ hydrogen storage, 3x450,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia and supporting public and auxiliary facilities such as air separation and air compression, water supply and drainage, storage and transportation. The plant area is divided into production and administrative facilities area, unit area, utility facilities and auxiliary facilities area, storage and transportation facilities area, etc.
