Recently, Puer City and Kunming City of Yunnan Province have issued 14 announcements on the selection of investors for photovoltaic projects , involving 855 MW of installed capacity. The total investment is estimated to exceed 3.3 billion yuan.
Among them, on December 7, the second batch of new energy projects in Baoshan City in 2025 preferred investment and development of the main project section 1 competitive preferred announcement, involving one photovoltaic and two wind power projects. Among them, the Ganlong Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Shidian County has an installed capacity of 70 MW . The owner of the
photovoltaic project shall sign an investment and development agreement with the government within 10 working days after the confirmation, go through the filing formalities within one month, start construction within two months after the completion of the filing, and meet the production conditions within eight months after the start of the project. The full capacity grid connection conditions shall be available within 1 year from the date of commencement.
The project accepts the participation of the consortium in the optimization, and the right of investment and development is not allowed to be transferred. Deadline for

On December 4, the announcement of competitive consultation on the second batch of new energy projects in Puer City, Yunnan Province in 2025, Mengma Town, Menglian County and other four photovoltaic project investors showed that the project was located in four villages and towns in Menglian County, involving 235 MW installed capacity. The total investment is estimated to be 1.034 billion yuan . In principle, the
project shall be ready for operation within 8 months after commencement, and shall be ready for full capacity grid connection within 1 year from the date of commencement. At the same time, for the photovoltaic projects connected to 220kV Paliang Substation, the grid-connected conditions must be met before the Paliang Substation is completed and put into operation. Consortium is not accepted in the
project negotiation stage. The deadline for submission of
documents and the time for the consultation meeting are 14:00 on December 15, 2025, and the venue for submission of documents and the venue for the consultation meeting are the conference room on the second floor of Yuejing Hotel, Pu'er Tea.
On December 4, four photovoltaic power generation projects, such as Dongcun Village, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, also issued a competitive selection announcement for the preferred investment and development entities. The main body of investment and development of the selected project is responsible for the financing, construction and operation management of the project.
The above projects require a construction period of one year, and consortium bidding is not accepted. The deadline for submission of
application documents is 09:00 on December 17, 2025. Documents shall be submitted in the conference room of Fujian Anhua Development Co., Ltd.
In addition, on December 1, the bidding results of 15 photovoltaic project owners in Puer City and Kunming City of Yunnan Province have been released, with a total scale of 1.29 GW and an estimated total investment of 5.724 billion yuan. Among them, China Energy Lancang River Hydropower Co., Ltd. monopolizes 14 projects with an installed capacity of 1.21 GW.
